Tony Zingale Joins ON24 Board of Directors

ON24 today announced the appointment of Tony Zingale, a veteran enterprise software executive, to the company’s board of directors. Zingale is replacing Holger Staude, who transitioned off the board of directors following nearly six years of service.

Tony Zingale, a veteran enterprise software executive, is joining the ON24 board of directors. He brings more than 40 years of executive leadership and public company board experience to the company.

Zingale brings more than 40 years of executive leadership and public company board experience to ON24, helping build profitable and high-growth enterprise software companies, including Jive Software, Mercury Interactive, and Clarify.
