InMoment’s recent momentum—including announcements of its innovative XI platform, recent funding, joining forces with MaritzCX and external validation of its leadership from multiple analyst firms—sets the stage for the leadership team to accelerate InMoment’s growth.

The global leaders include the following:

Matt Hardy, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for financial reporting and leadership across all global regions for InMoment. Matt’s extensive background in SaaS software financial management and accounting, and scaling technology companies, will accelerate InMoment’s success. He recently led finance at TeleSign, LiveOffice and was VP of finance at Intuit.

Brian Clark, Executive Vice President Customers and Solutions, leads InMoment’s customer success teams globally, including a unique go-to-market model that aligns customer needs with InMoment’s vertical subject matter experts focused on helping brands realize the ROI of their experience programs. Brian recently led sales, customer success and consulting teams as SVP at SiriusDecisions.

Bryan Rellinger, Executive Vice President Services, is responsible for scaling client, consulting and professional service delivery globally. Bryan brings 20 years of experience to InMoment and most recently served as both VP of Professional Services North America and VP of Worldwide Services for the Customer Experience Management Practice at software giant OpenText.

Kristi Knight, Chief Marketing Officer, leads global marketing, including brand, demand generation, content, product marketing and public and analyst relations. Kristi has led marketing for InMoment for several years and advocates a data-first marketing approach. She has an extensive background in B2B and B2C marketing leadership roles at Vivint and Omniture (now Adobe).

Stephan Thun, Managing Director EMEA, will lead all operations, client success and revenue attainment for the greater European region. Stephan brings 23 years of experience to InMoment, and was formerly MaritzCX CEO International where he brought disparate country organizations together to build an effective international business that resulted in rapid growth in broad international markets.

David Blakers, Managing Director APAC, will spearhead growth initiatives for the Asia Pacific and Australia, New Zealand regions. David has 17 years of experience in business and leadership. He formerly founded and led the APAC office for MaritzCX where he built high performing teams, drove data-driven marketing innovation and generated consistent business growth.

Troy Monney, Executive Vice President, Operations, will lead global revenue operations, facilities planning and management and general operations for the company. Troy was COO at MaritzCX and understands how to deliver complex experience programs, and how to grow and scale software companies. He brings experience from significant roles at technology firms Allegiance, Symantec and Novell.

David Joiner, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for platform and technology innovation and development at InMoment. David has led the development and launch of InMoment’s new XI Platform, clouds and applications. He brings a wealth of experience scaling SaaS technology from decades of leadership roles at both HP and Autonomy.

Gary Challburg, General Counsel, leads legal matters globally at the company. Gary joined InMoment’s executive team several years ago and has been heavily involved in the company’s growth, funding and acquisition activities during that time. He brings decades of legal and business experience from both the technology and capital investment industries.
