The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued Fuze U.S. Patent No. 10572859B1 on February 25, 2020. The invention simplifies the effort to join a Fuze meeting with an automated configuration that utilizes a confidence score, working to automatically identify guests and users. Conventional techniques for joining a conference call require a user to perform several tasks, including confirming identification numbers, entering registration codes, and/or identifying themselves through a series of audio prompts. These time-consuming and manual tasks are mitigated with this invention, ultimately simplifying the process of joining a meeting or call and limiting the potential for user error.
