SAP Veteran Ingrid Burton is Quantcast’s New Chief Marketing Officer

Former CMO of H20.ai and SAP veteran Ingrid Burton has joined Audience Intelligence company Quantcast as their new Chief Marketing Officer. Quantcast has also announced the arrival of General Counsel Ileana Falticeni to drive the company’s next phase of growth in the highly volatile global business scenario.

The expansion of Quantcast’s executive team caps an exciting year for the company.

In August, Quantcast appointed advertising and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) expert Constance Cannon Frazier to its Board of Directors and in October the company appointed Anna Johnson as its Head of DE&I and People Programs. More recently, the company unveiled Permisio, a centralized privacy preferences portal that simplifies privacy preference management for publishers and improves the online browsing experience for consumers.

Quantcast, a leader in consent management, announced the appointment of two executives to its leadership team: Ingrid Burton, Chief Marketing Officer and Ileana Falticeni, General Counsel to ensure the company is able to successfully phase-out of the third party cookies era.

At the time of Ingrid’s appointment as the CMO, Quantcast’ CEO Konrad Feldman said –

Ingrid Burton’s Marketing Journey

Ingrid Burton, a marketing veteran in the technology industry, joins Quantcast as Chief Marketing Officer, where she will be focused on developing integrated marketing strategies to help the company position its portfolio of audience intelligence and consent management solutions. Prior to joining Quantcast, Burton served as the Chief Marketing Officer of H2O.ai, an open source leader in AI and machine learning, where she helped lead the company through its growth stages. Burton also previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Hortonworks, Silver Spring Networks, Plantronics, and was a senior marketing executive at both SAP and Sun Microsystems. She also currently serves on the Extreme Networks board.

At the time of her appointment, Ingrid said,

Ileana’s Big Daata Science and AI Journey

Ileana Falticeni is a legal and compliance expert with over 20 years of experience helping businesses navigate complex regulatory requirements. In her role as General Counsel at Quantcast, she will focus on overseeing the company’s commercial, IP and product legal strategies, and on leading industry-wide privacy initiatives with state, federal, and international regulatory representatives. Prior to joining Quantcast, Falticeni served as General Counsel at GoodData, a global data analytics company, and Cloud Lending Solutions, a financial technology company offering cloud-based operating systems solutions, acquired by Q2 Software in 2018. Prior to her career in technology, Falticeni held legal and compliance leadership roles in banking during the industry’s regulatory transformation period following the 2008 Financial Crisis.
