Results of the survey show PoliteMail scored highest in categories relating to work-life balance and flexibility. Throughout the pandemic, employees at PoliteMail have had the personal choice of remaining remote, adopting a hybrid office model, or coming back into the office full time. This work location flexibility helps support PoliteMail’s employees and their families. Other results showed employees value the unique culture and the investment the company makes in their employees through the continuing education benefit.
