“Reaching for Peerless Network kills two birds with one stone, boosting its presence in the U.S. market with voice services that are largely complementary to its existing portfolio, further cementing its position as a leading global CPaaS provider.”

“Infobip performed strongest in solution breadth, where it achieved a score of 96%, largely due to its provision of a set of capabilities and products which are comprehensive both horizontally and vertically,” said Pamela Clark-Dickson, principal analyst, Omdia. “The company has used its strong heritage in providing application-to-person (A2P) SMS messaging and messaging connectivity services to expand its communications network capabilities into voice and video calling, IP-based services and IoT, via development and acquisition. That breadth of product offerings continues up the stack into connectivity services, APIs, value-added services, applications, and solutions, as well as partnerships, professional services and technical support.” Read the full Omdia Universe Report here.

As 451 Research noted in its Nov. 2, 2021, S&P Global Market Intelligence report, Infobip’s acquisition of Peerless Network substantially expands Infobip’s voice presence in the U.S. market. Raul Castanon-Martinez, 451 Research analyst, wrote about Infobip’s strategy: “Reaching for Peerless Network kills two birds with one stone, boosting its presence in the U.S. market with voice services that are largely complementary to its existing portfolio, further cementing its position as a leading global CPaaS provider.”
