Cavero Harnal brings more than 25 years of experience in political engagement, government affairs, and national campaigns. She previously led the political vertical at My Code Media, and her career includes senior roles on presidential campaigns for Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Bernie Sanders, as well as leadership positions within the Arizona Democratic Party and the Democratic National Committee. She is also the founder of Blue Knot Strategies, advising Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, and national nonprofits on strategic partnerships and civic engagement.
