Again, Coveo named to annual list honoring the technology providers that matter most in the digital workplace
Coveo, a leader in relevance platforms that transform search, recommendations, and personalization, today announced that it was included in KMWorld’s annual list of 100 Companies that Matter Most in Knowledge Management. KMWorld has honored Coveo with this distinction 15 out of the past 16 years since Coveo’s first listing in 2006.

Coveo’s knowledge management leadership follows adoption of its solutions to aid employee proficiency. Coveo’s recently published Relevance Report found that workers surveyed spend an average of 2.5 hours every day searching for internal information needed to do their jobs, in part because 41% of all the information companies provide to their employees is irrelevant to their specific job role.
“Corporate clutter and insecurity about proficiency are real and are a detriment to not only employee experience, but ultimately customer experience and business risk,” said Stephen Rahal, Director of Platform Product Marketing at Coveo. “KMWorld’s role in advising companies on the best knowledge management solutions is undisputed, and the list of the 100 companies that matter most is truly a who’s who of innovators in this market.”
Coveo provides the intelligence behind the relevant experiences employees expect. Employees can find what they need in one place, in whichever system they choose, whether they’re being onboarded, looking for department-specific knowledge, or searching for HR or IT information. Plus, companies can tailor the interface to each employee, to make their digital workspace relevant, not redundant.
“Flexibility, agility, and the ability to pivot are attributes that have become critical to forward-thinking companies—and that is particularly the case now. Successful organizations don’t want to merely survive; they want to dominate their market sectors. But to do that, they need the right tools and products,” said Tom Hogan, Group Publisher at KMWorld. “Amidst the dramatic changes taking place today, innovative organizations are seeking new approaches to improve their processes. The 2021 KMWorld 100 is a list of leading-edge knowledge management companies that are helping their customers to expand access to information, leverage new opportunities, and accelerate growth.”
