Epsilon, a global leader in interaction management, announced that it was named a Leader in the April 2019 report “The Forrester Wave: Loyalty Technology Platforms, Q2 2019” by Forrester Research, Inc., which evaluated Epsilon’s Agility Loyalty solution.

In the strategy category, Epsilon received the highest score possible in the vision criterion which is described as being forward-looking and inspiring, or differentiated from others included in the evaluation.
Forrester Research’s evaluation included a review of the 13 most significant loyalty technology platforms across 28-criterion including each vendor’s standalone loyalty technology solution.
