Marketo Selects OneTrust for Global Privacy Program and Marketing Compliance

The Global Leader in Digital Marketing Automation Leverages OneTrust for PIA/DPIAs, Data Mapping and Cookie Consent

OneTrust, the global leader in privacy management and marketing compliance with 1,500 customers, including 200 of the Global 2,000, announced Marketo is using OneTrust for their General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and global privacy management and marketing compliance efforts. Marketo implemented OneTrust’s Assessment Automation for privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments (PIAs/DPIAs), Data Mapping modules for records of processing and Cookie Compliance and Website Scanning solution for the company’s website cookie banner and preference center.

In assessing the technology needs for its privacy program, Marketo sought a comprehensive data inventory solution that could also maintain a detailed picture of data flow processes within the organization. Marketo was also looking for a flexible, intuitive and customizable solution for its cookie banner and preference center. After extensive research, Marketo chose OneTrust to help automate and operationalize components of its privacy program and marketing compliance.
