LiveIntent Expands C-Suite to Lead the Company's Growth Trajectory
Company promotes Jon Beck, Kerel Cooper, and Abby Hamilton to Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief People Officer respectively

LiveIntent, the people-based marketing platform that reaches 250 million logged-in users each month via its 2,500 brands and publisher partners, announced the expansion of it’s C-Suite amid record growth. Effective January 1, Jon Beck will serve as Chief Revenue Officer, Kerel Cooper as Chief Marketing Officer, and Abby Hamilton as Chief People Officer.

”Jon, Kerel and Abby have contributed enormously to LiveIntent’s growth,” said Matt Keiser, CEO of LiveIntent. “Over the last nine years, Jon has been central to building our supply, demand and, most importantly, our sales teams and approach in the market. Since moving to marketing, Kerel has developed a team that provides a strong and unified voice in the market. And, in the last three years, Abby has doggedly transformed our efforts to improve our company culture and working environment so that our people have more clarity, direction, and a rewarding experience. I am excited to watch them excel in their new roles and look forward to their expertise in continuing LiveIntent’s growth momentum.”

As Chief Revenue Officer, Beck is responsible for the delivery of all media ad spend and impressions in email and beyond, while continuing to nurture LiveIntent’s important publisher relationships. Beck previously served as EVP, Platform after initially joining LiveIntent in 2011 as Vice President, Publisher Development.

Formerly SVP of Global Marketing, Cooper brings 20 years of digital media experience building and leading Advertising Operations, Account Management, Partnerships & Product Marketing teams. Now, as Chief Marketing Officer, he will be responsible for the overall business marketing strategy which includes advertising, branding, product marketing and public relations. In addition, Cooper is also the Co-Founder and Co-Host of Minority Report Podcast, which highlights people of color, diverse backgrounds, women & the LGBTQ+ community within media, business and technology.

Hamilton came to LiveIntent in early 2018 as SVP, People Development after 15 plus years in recruiting and HR. Throughout her tenure LiveIntent saw a 60% YoY decrease in turnover from year 1 to year 2 and has continued to decline significantly since. She also led the implementation of a performance management process which includes biannual performance and compensation reviews. This process includes an equity review by gender, level and race prior to salary/bonus/commission target recommendations being finalized. The company has shared this data with employees highlighting that there is not a gender pay gap or racial inequality due to these efforts and instead compensation is centered around the role, industry data, level, and an individual’s performance. Now as Chief People Officer, Hamilton will continue to lead LiveIntent’s Global Recruiting and Human Resources team that is passionate about culture, building and developing a world-class organization, and can transform high-level business objectives into organizational and talent strategies.

These promotions come after a year of impressive growth for LiveIntent, with revenues growing by more than 25% from 2019 to 2020, including impressive growth during Q2 where many advertising platforms struggled.

As LiveIntent moves into the future, the company is committed to facilitating its publishers and brand partners continued success even as the era of the third-party cookie goes away. With a successful decade of monetizing and mastery of the email channel under its belt, LiveIntent built and launched an open Identity framework, with email at the center, that connects to all possible identifiers, allowing the first-party data vaults that publishers and brands have built to connect to the ecosystem without having to rely on the walled gardens.
