The Leading Provider of EPM Software, Data and Analytics Solutions Names New Chief Executive Who Brings Client- and Employee-centric Culture to Help Drive Syntellis Forward into its Next Stage of Growth
Syntellis Performance Solutions, LLC , a leading provider of enterprise performance management (EPM) software, data and analytics solutions, announced that Flint Brenton has been appointed the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Brenton succeeds Kermit Randa, who is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer to pursue new endeavors. Mr. Randa will continue on as a special advisor to the Board. Mr. Brenton takes over the leadership of Syntellis following the successful creation and integration of Syntellis as an independent company with the support of two leading technology investment firms, Thoma Bravo and Madison Dearborn Partners (“MDP”).
Mr. Brenton joins Syntellis with a highly successful track record as CEO of high-growth companies for nearly two decades. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Centrify, where he accelerated growth through product innovation and enhanced sales execution. Prior to joining Centrify, Mr. Brenton held CEO positions at CollabNet VersionOne, AccelOps and Tidal Software. He also has led engineering teams at technology companies, including NetIQ, Compaq, BMC Software and IBM. Mr. Brenton holds a B.A. in Accounting from Mount Union College and a Master’s in Business and Public Management in Finance from Rice University.
