Shutterstock Releases Its Maiden Media Campaign After a Long Haul of Six Years

January 2019 Sees the First Roll-Out of the Campaign Across Four Countries to Be Followed by a Worldwide Release During Spring

Shutterstock is one of the best digital repositories for marketers, creatives and advertisers to procure digital assets. The company is one of the global leaders that offers high-quality digital elements, tools, and services to assist creative endeavors that align with business goals. Originally founded by Jon Oringer in 2003, Shutterstock, after waiting for a good six years, will now finally release a brand new marketing campaign. The tagline goes like, ‘It’s not stock, it’s Shutterstock™,’ an in-your-face catchy sentence that declares how good Shutterstock is when it comes to their ‘digital stock.’

To validate their claim here are some fun facts –

  1. 550,000 creative professionals contribute towards Shutterstock’s digital library
  2. The library itself consists of 225 million images, 12 million video clips and possibly thousands of music tracks
  3. 5 million assets are added to Shutterstock on a weekly basis
  4. Shutterstock has paid over half a billion dollars in fee to their contributors
  5. 25 patents have been awarded to Shutterstock so far for their proprietary software
  6. They are available in 21 languages in 150 countries
