Cross-Channel Marketing Software Provider Named a Leading Vendor for Sixth Consecutive Year, Earning Six Client Satisfaction Awards

Cheetah Digital, the world’s leading independent enterprise cross-channel marketing software company, announces its ranking as a leader among enterprise email service providers (ESPs) for the sixth consecutive year by The Relevancy Group. Cheetah Digital was also named as the largest ESP in the annual report, which evaluates leading providers across three key criteria (automation, analysis and real-time capabilities) and client satisfaction measurements.

As part of the evaluation, the Relevancy Group spoke with clients from the participating ESPs and collected anonymous satisfaction survey data from buyers of these solutions. Cheetah Digital secured three Gold Relevancy Ring Client Satisfaction Awards in infrastructure/stability, production services and creative services, and three Silver awards in campaign execution, artificial intelligence and machine learning and educational resources.
