“Amify continues to prioritize strategic growth and the foundation of that is strong leadership, which is why we’ve added Christine, Drew and Steve to our existing executive team”

McCambridge is a 16-year career veteran specializing in driving ecommerce growth for companies. She applies her knowledge of all facets of an organization – from brand strategy to supply chain and R&D to deliver superior customer experience for Amify’s clients. She has managed product sales for brands like Conagra, Mars Petcare and Energizer through multiple ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, and other vertical sites. McCambridge will focus on helping Amify expand its breadth and quality of service offerings.

Hall joins Amify with more than 15 years of digital performance media and martech experience with an emphasis on the role that content and creative play in driving brands’ bottom-line objectives. After spending eight years at Pointroll, which later became part of Amazon through multiple acquisitions, he took his first plunge into the startup space in 2014 joining Cincinnati-based Ahalogy and helping them build their sales team from the ground up. He was a part of the successful exit and sale of Ahalogy to Quotient (NYSE: QUOT) for $50M in 2018, where he remained as the social product commercial lead until joining Amify. Hall is responsible for increasing the company’s success through sales, new client acquisition, and the development of innovative sales strategies.

In his career, Steve Pelle II played a key role in the development of several Cincinnati start-ups. His marketing skills were essential to the ultimate acquisition of three of his employers by companies like Zillow and others. Prior to Amify, Peele led marketing initiatives for tech companies focused on delivering products to new clients. He has led experimental growth initiatives to scale inbound activity and drastically shorten sales cycles for several SaaS organizations. Peele joins the Amify team to lead strategic efforts behind Amify’s marketing campaigns, deliver new clients and create brand recognition in the e-commerce space.

“Amify continues to prioritize strategic growth and the foundation of that is strong leadership, which is why we’ve added Christine, Drew and Steve to our existing executive team,” said Ethan McAfee, founder and CEO, Amify. “As Amify continues to invest in the company following significant venture capital investment in 2019, a major priority was bringing new skills and additional depth to our diverse and experienced leadership team to help us grow strategically. There is no other provider in this space that comes close to our level of expertise and creativity in each and every area our brands need to succeed.”
