LoopMe, a leading technology company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve brand advertising results, announced its acquisition of mobile advertising and monetization platform Chartboost from Zynga Inc., a wholly-owned publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ: TTWO). Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

With a fully organic 40% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) on Gross Revenue for the period FY2018-2023, LoopMe is now further accelerating its growth through M&A. Chartboost is a pioneering mobile programmatic advertising and monetization platform.
