Moore has more than three decades of experience in management and executive roles at leading media and entertainment companies and has held client advisory board roles at top BPO providers. Most recently, he was interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at health tech startup, healthintel.ai. Previous roles have included Executive Vice President, Global Customer Operations for The Walt Disney Company; Executive Vice President, Global Customer Operations at Fox Network Group and 18 years at SiriusXM, where he helped manage operations from pre-launch to 33 million subscribers in leadership roles such as Vice President and General Manager of Customer and Sales Operations for Satellite Radio and Connected Vehicle Services.
