Braze Introduces Partnership Ecosystem, Braze Alloys

Alloys Boasts 45+ Technology Providers and Expanded Multi-Cloud Offering with Google Cloud

Braze (formerly Appboy), leading global customer engagement platform, introduces Braze Alloys, an ecosystem of more than 45 technology providers, along with multi-cloud compatibility with the addition of Google Cloud. The announcement was made live from the fourth annual LTR (Long-Term Relationships) Conference, an event focused on exploring customer engagement in a digital age.

Braze Alloys reimagines the Braze technology solution as a fully integratable customer engagement platform, creating a simple, scalable system for adding new technology partners, and making it easier for customers to use Braze in concert with an ever-wider range of technologies—via direct integration, API, and webhooks—to support meaningful brand experiences, at scale. The growing list of over 45 technology providers includes: Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Branch, Foursquare, Looker, mParticle, Mixpanel, and Segment.

“At Looker we’re focused on empowering people with data by creating a single source of truth for everyone in a company no matter their technical background,” said Keenan Rice, VP of Alliances and Channels at Looker. “We’re proud of our partnership with Braze because we share the same value of empowerment through data, and with Looker Blocks for Braze, our customers can quickly perform comprehensive message engagement and user behavior analysis on their Braze Currents data.”

Additionally, a new partnership with Google Cloud allows Braze customers to instantly stream data into Google Cloud through Braze Currents. The multi-cloud capabilities that Braze offers–now with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure–allow for expanded data agility and freedom of choice for customers. Braze Currents exported over 150 billion engagement events to partners this year alone.

“At Mixpanel, we strive to provide our customers with best-of-breed integrations to help them build incredible user experiences,” said Justin Lau, Head of Partnerships and General Counsel at Mixpanel. “As such, we’re pleased to announce our partnership with Braze as a further step in supplying our mutual customers with more ways to engage users and drive growth through a deep understanding of user behavior.”
