Domain Creates a Better Customer Experience with ADvendio
Domain is a leading Australian digital property marketplace. The company is made up of a portfolio of brands who offer products and solutions to consumers, agents, and parties interested in property across every step of their journey. Domain attracts high-intent property seekers to its mobile app and websites, making it a fantastic advertising opportunity.
Motivated to innovate in their industry by leveraging their unique data, products and technology, Domain needed a simple and scalable solution for managing their advertising processes.
Domain had long been using a number of owned and off-network channels to manage media. However, Domain wanted to enable ad sales at scale and better leverage Salesforce.
Rather than using multiple systems that create duplication, Domain wanted to use one system for order management, inventory management, analytics, campaign management and billable data to cut out data duplication and the need to switch from one system to another for simple tasks. This will unearth new revenue through increased productivity and reduced data errors. In addition to this, the company is now able to utilize ADvendio’s connections to ad servers, DSPs and ad exchanges.
In partnership with ADvendio, Domain looks to continue making efficiencies in its campaign workflow, resulting in a better customer experience. By bringing a key business unit onto their Salesforce platform, ADvendio will also drive increased business intelligence, supporting Domain to make effective business decisions when iterating ad products.
ADvendio is working with their partner Trigg Digital on this project. As a trusted implementation partner of ADvendio, Trigg Digital will be completing the implementation for Domain.
