SiteSpect recognized for offering the right experience to the right user at the right time.
SiteSpect announced that the company has been named a key provider in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Personalization Engines report, which evaluates personalization platforms based on how well they deliver products or services for marketing, commerce, and support teams.
According to Gartner, “SiteSpect focuses on speed, scale, and affordability, and supports personalization across digital commerce, marketing, and service and support use cases.” SiteSpect’s VP of Product, Justin Bougher, says “Our platform performed well in all three use cases, and especially for marketing. We’re proud to be considered a key provider in the personalization space.”
Gartner went on to say, “This speaks to the product’s testing capabilities, particularly its multivariate testing (MVT) and test preview functionality. SiteSpect received its highest critical capabilities rating for testing, scoring above average across vendors evaluated in this research.” SiteSpect was one of 12 vendors evaluated.
