IQM Advertising Corporation Makes Two Key Promotions on Its Already Accelerating Leadership Team

IQM, the global media buying platform empowering advertisers in the most regulated verticals to use and enhance their data to make better ad buying decisions, announced that it has promoted Darshan Khatri to Chief Customer Officer and Matthew Dybwad to Chief Revenue Officer.

Khatri, who has been with IQM for nearly 10 years, is moving up from his previous role as Head of Ad Operations, where he collaborated with clients to provide technical solutions and support. In this role, he maintained 95% customer retention rate, as well as 99% campaign budget completion. Now, as IQM’s first-ever Chief Customer Officer, Khatri will serve as the voice of the customer within IQM, bridging the gap between customer needs and business objectives. As part of this new position, he will develop and lead customer experience strategy, drive customer satisfaction and loyalty and align customer insights with overall business goals.

“My favorite part of my job at IQM has always been the ability to interact with and understand the needs of my clients,” said Khatri. “As Chief Customer Officer, I am very much looking forward to working more closely with our clients. My goal is to better understand their needs in order to seamlessly integrate them into our platform’s overall journey. Ultimately, we want to ensure our clients are growing and that we are doing everything we can to help them achieve their goals.”

Dybwad has been with IQM for two years and previously served as SVP, Head of Political at IQM, where he oversaw the company’s political offering, selling previously unheard of products in a highly-regulated space. In this role, he helped IQM secure record revenue in the political space, further elevating the company as the go-to political leader in ad tech. Now, as CRO, Dybwad will be tasked with delivering a strong revenue outcome, as well as building and training the sales team to propel IQM forward and ahead of their competitors in the industry.

“IQM is a company with immense potential, not only in the political field where I began, but as a leading partner in other highly regulated verticals,” said Dybwad. “I am looking forward to continuing to grow the political practice that I’ve put so much effort into, as well as expanding on other areas that we hold expertise in, like healthcare. I want to make sure IQM is a household name for programmatic advertisers and we are well on our way to accomplishing that.”

Dybwad is based out of Washington D.C., while Khatri is based out of the greater Boston area. Both individuals will report directly to Kris Qiu, Co-Founder and CEO, in their new roles.

“Both Darshan and Matthew bring immense know-how to each of their positions and will be incredible assets to our leadership team,” said Qiu. “Darshan’s unmatched knowledge of our product combined with his customer-first mindset and dedication to creating exceptional client experiences is exactly what IQM needs to strengthen our partner relationships and deliver even greater value than we already are. Similarly, Matthew is an expert in revenue growth and strategic sales leadership, making him the perfect fit for our ambitious plans at IQM. His ability to build high-performing teams and drive results will be instrumental in expanding our business.”
