Rakuten Marketing Named the Leader in the Performance Marketing Industry, Winning Top Affiliate Network in Global Survey
For the eighth consecutive year, the Rakuten Marketing affiliate network has been named by mThink, publishers of Revenue+Performance magazine, as the world’s top affiliate network for providing superior strategy and technology to brands and publishers.
“It is thrilling that our affiliate network continues to be recognized for its dedication to technology innovation and strategic services, that together empower advertisers and publishers to thrive in their business”
Every Fall, mThink conducts the biggest research survey in the performance marketing industry to identify the top affiliate networks. More than 25,000 advertisers, publishers and agencies are asked to vote on the top affiliate cost-per-sale (CPS) networks. Elements such as reputation, influence, clientele, popularity and scale are all considered when deciding the winners of this award.
The results of this survey are also shared with a panel of industry experts for insights and evaluation. In all, some 400 networks were included for consideration. According to mThink, the winners of this award are said to be industry leaders that survive and thrive in an ever-changing and incredibly competitive environment.
“It is thrilling that our affiliate network continues to be recognized for its dedication to technology innovation and strategic services, that together empower advertisers and publishers to thrive in their business,” stated Julie Van Ullen, US General Manager of Growth, Rakuten Marketing.
“With the broad scope of surveyed respondents and the extent of research used to designate the winners of this award, it’s an honor to be recognized as the number one global network. We value our relationships with our advertisers and publishers and strive to serve as more than a vendor, but as an extension of their business,” commented Paris Loesch, US General Manager of Enterprise, Rakuten Marketing.
“Rakuten Marketing improved their performance in the survey across the board, winning the #1 position in votes from both advertisers and publishers,” said Chris Trayhorn, CEO of mThink. “As always, the ratings for Rakuten’s levels of service were significantly ahead of competitor networks, and they are making particular progress in their multichannel capabilities. In summary, Rakuten Marketing is improving year-on-year, and still represent best-in-class in performance marketing.”
