This includes focusing on the wide range of potential opportunities in the business-to-consumer (B2C) market. iconectiv has already expanded its trusted communications platform, TruReach, which is enabling businesses to strengthen consumer engagement across all communication channels—text, voice and Rich Communication Services (RCS). With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the telecommunications and mobile industries, O’Brien brings a proven ability to identify new market opportunities that will further drive this strategic growth and business expansion.

Prior to iconectiv, O’Brien served as Group Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Syniverse, where he had a distinguished career in a variety of roles including marketing, operations and product management. He has served on the board of directors for various mobile industry associations including CTIA Wireless Foundation, Mobile Giving Foundation and Competitive Carriers Association (CCA). O’Brien was also recently named one of the Top 25 Most Influential People in the Roaming and Interconnect Industry by Rocco Research.
