BEN’s quarter was supported by the growth of existing accounts such as TikTok and Swagbucks, along with the addition of new clients like Frito-Lay, Old Navy and Tencent. BEN’s enhanced AI, which uses machine learning and deep learning neural networks to identify high-impact integrations, also contributed to the company’s strong growth. BEN Group’s global rights clearance and licensing business, Greenlight, also saw strong H1 results, most notably the addition of Marlon Brando to its icon roster.

“The brand integration & product placement category is experiencing a significant expansion, and it’s being driven by innovative approaches to brand integration across influencer marketing and streaming,” said Ricky Ray Butler, CEO of BEN Group, Inc. “Our AI has been particularly successful through its potential to increase the scale, feasibility, and growth of brand integrations across every entertainment platform. With features like customized predictive models, our AI provides customers better insight and opportunity for their brand integration investment—delivering higher engagement and greater ROI. I look forward to seeing how AI continues to transform and evolve our industry and believe we have a firm place at the head of the pack.”

In the last year, BEN has extended its AI capabilities beyond influencer marketing to the world of television and streaming, where its new deep learning algorithm recently predicted 8 of the top 10 new broadcast shows of 2018.

Building on the success of its AI and strong customer engagement, BEN will be opening a new office in Shanghai this year. China recently leapfrogged the West with a thriving influencer market that is far ahead of the rest of the world; BEN has been eyeing an expansion there for a number of years. BEN’s Shanghai office will greatly increase the company’s presence and accessibility to customers in China and APAC.
