Matterkind Continues Internal Restructure

Matterkind, IPG’s activation intelligence company, announced the promotion of Nancy Hall from EVP, Eastern Region & Head of Outcome Based Marketing, to Chief Executive Officer, Matterkind US. Nancy assumes the top leadership role at Matterkind US, after the promotion of Sean Muzzy to CEO, Kinesso, North America.

Kinesso and Matterkind actively collaborate as part of the data, technology, and media activation backbone for IPG. The new leadership structure allows for additional integration of Kinesso and Matterkind offerings, cross-functionally and globally, creating end-to-end solutions for their clients and IPG partners. Nancy will oversee all aspects of Matterkind’s US business, driving its addressable strategies and activation capabilities for clients across all verticals.

Nancy’s extensive background includes managing sales, client services and tech teams in the interactive space, with her experience spanning data, technology, media, addressable, performance and programmatic. With Matterkind (formerly Cadreon) since 2018, Nancy previously served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Travel Solutions for Conversant Epsilon.

“I have loved building the East Coast Matterkind business and working with some of the smartest people in this industry,” stated Nancy. “I am excited about working with our clients to understand, and solve for, new challenges. It is Matterkind’s belief that conscious marketing, and a focus on outcomes, are what will set brands apart, especially in a time where privacy compliance, ethical use of data, and new requirements for recognizing and reaching consumers, and attributing their behaviors, are paramount.”

“Nancy has showcased her expertise and leadership during her time at Matterkind, where she’s been responsible for launching new capabilities and delivering unique, ethical solutions, including Outcome Navigator,” stated Erica Schmidt Global CEO Matterkind, Chief Culture Officer, Kinesso. “Her focus has been to help solve client challenges, drive performance, and assist clients with accountable conscious marketing spend.” “Nancy has done an exceptional job, and there is no better person to lead Matterkind US into the future.”

Nancy is equally excited about leading the Matterkind US team. “I’m looking forward to continuing to build a team of leaders, and our company culture, in a new hybrid work environment with our Flexible by Design program,” she stated. “Keeping our ‘people first’ motto at the forefront of every decision I make will be an extremely important goal.”
