“The pandemic has underscored the urgent need for tech solutions in a variety of areas across health care, fintech, energy tech, entertainment, to name a few, so reliance on innovators like the winners of the Technology Fast 500 is more important than ever”

This latest recognition comes on the heels of a record-breaking year for Uniphore. These acquisitions, combined with the existing hiring plans for the year, have doubled Uniphore’s workforce over the course of this calendar year and established new global offices in Spain, Israel and Atlanta.

As part of this hypergrowth phase, Uniphore has also expanded its customer base to more than 100 large enterprise organizations, including some of the world’s largest BPOs, telecom providers, insurance companies and financial service organizations. As a result, Uniphore now supports over 175,000 customer service agents who can handle more than 120 million engagements every month.
