Connors’ experience working with high-growth multinational corporations and early stage category leaders will be vital in his contributions to Symend as the company continues to scale into new verticals and expand globally. As a member of the board, Connors will provide strategic counsel on product development and delivery, market expansion, corporate culture and structure evolution.

“The team at Symend has moved quickly on the journey of building a category leader and consequential company,” said Connors. “This is the fastest-growing company I’ve ever been a part of, with hyper growth over the last 18 months. As the world of commerce moves toward relationship-based models, there’s a unique opportunity to reinvent the customer engagement category that goes beyond at-risk customers and encompasses relations with all customers.”

The addition of Connors comes at a crucial time as Symend swiftly increases its customer base by disrupting legacy collection techniques with industry-leading technology that leverages behavioral science, advanced AI and machine learning. The platform enables service providers and financial institutions to engage and retain at-risk customers by creating positive outcomes.
