Smart Commerce Leader Names Rick Berggreen Director of Success Delivery for the U.S., Natasha Mrosak and Phillip Anzaldo Senior Account Executives and Peter Michalik Sales Engineer

Tacton, a global leader in Smart Commerce solutions for manufacturers, announced four new hires in sales and customer success to support the company’s burgeoning growth trajectory in North America. The new hires include experienced talent from leading software solution companies and will enable Tacton to achieve its strategic growth plans for 2020 and beyond.

Tacton has named Rick Berggreen Director of Success Delivery for the U.S., Natasha Mrosak and Phillip Anzaldo Senior Account Executives, and Peter Michalik Sales Engineer. The hires will provide a boost to the company’s sales department as more organizations across North America embrace cutting-edge CPQ technology, as well as Tacton’s customer success effort, which plays an integral role in driving adoption. In addition, Tacton has added two professional services project managers tasked with working on implementations in North America, further supporting the company’s growth in the region.

Tacton’s four new hires include:

• Rick Berggreen, Director of Success Delivery, U.S. Berggreen joins Tacton from SAP Fieldglass, where he served as a project manager. A former educator, he has also held positions at Apptio and The Active Network.
• Natasha Mrosak, Senior Account Executive. Mrosak was previously a territory manager at the digital document transformation company Conga, and she previously held positions at OpenText, NetSuite and GHX, among others. “Tacton’s team members bring their experience, knowledge, and kindness into each interaction, and exhibit all of the characteristics of a team and organization that I want to be a part of,” she said.
• Phillip Anzaldo, Senior Account Executive. Anzaldo joins Tacton after nearly three years at Salesforce, where he was a senior account executive. He has also previously held positions at Revitas (now Model N), Citrix and Brocade. “Tacton’s solution coupled with the fact the culture is unbeatable made the decision to join a no-brainer,” Anzaldo said.
• Peter Michalik, Sales Engineer. Michalik was previously at inRiver, where he worked as a senior business solutions architect. He previously served as an advisor to TransUnion, following stints at Kenshoo, Aggregate Knowledge, VivaKi and Viprofix. “Tacton is in a perfect position to grow exponentially in the U.S. market, and I am very excited to be a part of the organization,” he said.
