Synup Announces The Launch of Campaigns In Their Product Suite

Synup, a digital profile management and customer experience optimization solution for businesses, is excited to announce the launch of Campaigns as a part of their product suite. Synup Campaigns promises direct growth in revenue by increasing brand’s product exposure, reducing clicks to buy, and watching conversions soar.

Digital profiles like Google maps, Facebook and Yelp are the primary channels for businesses to get discovered locally, generating more than 75% of consumer interactions. This often leaves brands without a way to personalize their customer’s experience on these platforms, or at scale.

With the launch of Campaigns, brands will have full control of their digital profiles. While everything still lives in the third-party ecosystem, Synup Campaigns streamlines a brand’s’ delivery of relevant content, addressing consumer needs in the right place at the right time. Through Campaigns, the digital profile becomes a personal shopping experience for the user–and a success story for the brand.

Synup Campaigns are made possible by allowing brands to take full control over their digital profiles through publishing content in areas relatively unexplored, such as Google posts, products, COVID-19 posts, cover images, and more. Content can be input and updated automatically to align with profiles around geo and weather data, holidays and special events, or for any custom date and time configuration. Through this function, brands build a unified customer experience across all of their profiles while staying relevant.

Synup Campaigns’ product launch was led by Synup’s Director of Product Management, Roshan Agarkar. Agarkar has over 11 years of experience in building MarTech SaaS platforms for brands specific to location-based marketing and advertising. Prior to owning the Campaigns feature line at Synup, he led product delivery teams at Disney, Amadeus and Cox Automotive.

Synup’s CEO, Ashwin Ramesh, stated, “Campaigns are going to be a game-changer in bringing personalization to digital profiles. This is just the start. With every new release of Campaigns, the Synup team will unlock new levels of personalization integral for businesses in the digital age that were unimaginable in the past.”
