“With these recent platform integrations, our business can better address and adapt to the self-service needs of our customers, improve their experience, and drive loyalty, retention, advocacy, and growth.”

To enhance the user experience, Higher Logic Vanilla recently introduced several new and improved features, including:

  • Federated Search – Improves the user experience by bringing customer-facing content from tools such as Zendesk into Higher Logic Vanilla community search, so when a user searches for something, the most relevant results are found, regardless of where it lives.
  • Deeper Salesforce integration with Salesforce Activity Sync – Helps customer experience teams understand customer behavior, drive more meaningful conversations, and increase retention with the ability to send community activity directly into Salesforce.
  • Productboard Integration – Streamlines the customer feedback process, better understands customer needs, and builds stronger product with all feedback gathered within the community automatically sent to Productboard.

“Higher Logic Vanilla has been a strong partner to work with in our effort to empower our customers on their digital adoption journey,” states Stephanie Roodhouse, Senior Director of Customer Advocacy & Experience at Whatfix. “With these recent platform integrations, our business can better address and adapt to the self-service needs of our customers, improve their experience, and drive loyalty, retention, advocacy, and growth.”

In addition to these recent integrations, Higher Logic Vanilla is expanding its features with a new visual layout editing experience that allows the user to easily create community pages that are unique to each customer’s brand. This is currently in beta and expected to launch June 2022. Additionally, community pages will be even more mobile responsive, and SEO optimized without utilizing any custom code.
