FreeCast, Inc., a provider of streaming television and digital media platform solutions, highlighted its expanding strategy to help local businesses and regional advertisers reach streaming audiences through a unified advertising platform spanning all 210 U.S. Designated Market Areas (DMAs).
Local businesses collectively invest tens of billions of dollars each year to reach consumers through broadcast television, cable, digital media, search, social media, and other localized advertising channels. While consumer viewing has rapidly shifted toward streaming, local advertising remains fragmented across dozens of streaming applications and platforms, making it increasingly difficult for businesses to efficiently reach audiences and evaluate campaign performance.
At the center of the ecosystem is Zer0Gapâ„¢, FreeCast’s proprietary connected television advertising platform. Zer0Gapâ„¢ is designed to help advertisers transition from purchasing campaigns across numerous disconnected streaming applications to executing localized campaigns through an aggregated connected television environment. The platform is intended to support audience targeting, campaign management, and enhanced measurement capabilities as advertisers increasingly seek alternatives to declining legacy television audiences.
Based on internal operational metrics, platform transaction volume increased by more than 5,000% sequentially compared with Q3 2026. This metric is an operational measure and should not be viewed as a substitute for GAAP financial results, which remain subject to quarter-end closing and audit review.
Unlike traditional local television advertising, where campaign measurement has often been limited to estimated audience ratings, FreeCast believes connected television can provide advertisers with significantly richer campaign intelligence, including audience engagement, geographic performance, device usage, viewing behavior, attribution insights, and other operational analytics designed to improve advertising decision-making.

FreeCast believes the next generation of local television advertising requires more than additional streaming applications, it requires a unified platform capable of aggregating audiences, simplifying campaign execution, and providing advertisers with enhanced audience measurement across connected television.
To address this opportunity, FreeCast is rolling out FreeCast Cities, a localized streaming ecosystem across all 210 DMAs. Rather than creating another standalone streaming service, FreeCast Cities is designed to aggregate free streaming television, premium television services, local programming, subscription streaming, and connected television advertising into a single consumer destination for each local market.

“Local businesses are not reducing their need to reach local consumers, the way consumers watch television is what’s changing,” said William Mobley, FreeCast’s Chief Executive Officer. “For decades, local advertisers could efficiently reach audiences through a handful of broadcast and cable channels. Today, those same viewers are dispersed across dozens of streaming services and devices. We believe the future belongs to platforms that aggregate audiences rather than fragment them.”
In line with this strategy are FreeCast’s expanding enterprise relationships, which broaden access to premium live television programming, and expand broadband connectivity into rural, hospitality, multifamily, municipal, and other underserved markets. Together, these relationships are intended to expand the potential reach of localized streaming audiences while providing enterprise partners with branded consumer entertainment platforms.
