Panopto’s recent research underscores the challenge across both learning and work. Its The Next Era of Video-Based Learning report found that while 77% of students say video-based learning saves them at least an hour of study time each week, 38% still struggle to locate a particular topic inside a recording. The challenge extends into the workplace: 68% of L&D and training leaders report that most of their recorded video training is not searchable, while 51% say employees struggle because content is spread across too many systems and they aren’t sure where to look.
