Medallia Names SaaS Veteran Mitchell K. Dauerman to its Board of Directors

Ultimate Software’s EVP and Former CFO Becomes Medallia’s Fourth outside Director

Medallia, Inc., the global experience management leader, announced the appointment of Mitchell K. Dauerman, former Chief Financial Officer of Ultimate Software who currently serves as the company’s EVP of Investor Relations, as a new member of Medallia’s board of directors.

Under Dauerman’s leadership, Ultimate Software grew from a market cap of $180 million and 299 employees in 1998, to a company with a current market value of over $11 billion and more than 5,200 employees.

At Ultimate Software, Mr. Dauerman acted as CFO for 22 years, and is currently the company’s Executive Vice President, focusing on investor & sales relations. Prior to joining Ultimate, Mr. Dauerman worked at KPMG LLP for 17 years, including serving as a Partner in the firm from 1988 to 1996. Mr. Dauerman is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his B.A. from Rutgers University.
