Sourcepoint Appoints John Sedlak as Chief Revenue Officer

Sourcepoint, the privacy compliance platform of record for the digital marketing ecosystem, announces the appointment of John Sedlak to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Sedlak joins Sourcepoint following the recent acquisition of Redbud, a strategic investment by the company to increase privacy and compliance capabilities for both marketers and publishers.

With more than 15 years of experience in the marketing technology and data management industry, Sedlak will apply his extensive knowledge in sales, operations, revenue strategy, and data-driven marketing to continue driving the ambitious growth plans of Sourcepoint. He will be key in providing both customer and industry insights to ensure all new and existing clients are represented throughout the company’s operations. As CRO, Sedlak will be responsible for accelerating business growth, expanding the company’s success in Europe, and building on its presence in the US.

Prior to joining Sourcepoint, Sedlak gained deep knowledge of data management software and the critical need for data privacy technology during his time at companies such as mParticle, BlueKai (acquired by Oracle) and Adobe. Most recently, as CRO of mParticle, he was responsible for broadening the client base to include larger brands, such as Fortune 100 marketers, where he drove revenue and adoption of the company’s customer data platform (CDP) offering.

“We’re delighted to officially welcome John to the team during this exciting period of growth and expansion for Sourcepoint.
