“Sahil is the right leader for Acclaro’s next chapter. He knows the business and the localization industry deeply, he has been central to shaping its technology strategy, and he combines commercial rigor with a clear view of where the market is heading,” said Daniel Sasaki, Managing Partner at Mayfair Equity Partners, Acclaro’s majority investor. “Under his leadership, Acclaro will accelerate its evolution into a technology-led content intelligence company, delivering greater value to its customers and building on the strong platform the team has established. We look forward to supporting Sahil and the leadership team as they capitalize on the significant opportunities ahead.

“We also want to thank Russell Haworth for his leadership over the past two years. He leaves Acclaro with a clear strategy and strong foundations that Sahil and the team will build on.”

“Translation makes content understood. Content intelligence makes it work with impact,” said Sahil Rishi, Group President of Acclaro. “The brands that win will be those that can create, adapt and activate content across every market at the speed of AI, guided by people who understand nuance, intent and business impact. Acclaro has the technology, the expertise and the team to lead this sector, and I am honored by the Board’s confidence in me as we take that proposition to market.”

The appointment builds on a period of accelerating product innovation at Acclaro. The Company recently launched Acclaro Augmented Translation, which layers AI models with targeted human expertise so organizations can translate and adapt global content faster and more consistently, and Acclaro Multimedia Orchestration, which brings AI-powered subtitling, dubbing, lip syncing and voiceover together with expert localization to transform how multimedia content reaches global audiences.

Rishi’s appointment follows the strengthening of Acclaro’s executive team with the recent appointment of Camilla de Villiers as Chief Operating Officer, charged with scaling delivery as demand for AI-powered content intelligence solutions accelerates.

De Villiers joins Acclaro with more than 25 years of international executive leadership experience, including over a decade in the localization industry, having built and scaled global businesses, leading complex operational transformations and developing high-performing teams.
