His deep SaaS experience and selling success, coupled with his people-focused leadership style, ensured Nintex dominated the market with the industry’s most complete, powerful and easy-to-use process management and automation platform. Prior to that, as Vice President of Mid-Market, Inside Sales & Renewals at Symantec, he drove a 2x growth rate and an unprecedented 30% increase in renewals. Richards was also instrumental in integrating Symantec’s global sales organization with Veritas, a software industry merger valued at $13.5B.
