As Managing Director of Accel-KKR, Williams has served on the boards of successful martech software companies including Episerver, now known as Optimizely (acquired by Insight Venture Partners in 2018 for $1.2B), Zinc Ahead (acquired by Veeva (NYSE: VEEV) in 2015) and Cendyn (a current Accel-KKR portfolio company). Along with these horizontal software leaders, Williams has strong experience advising companies with vertical focuses in healthcare such as ESO (acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2021), Patientco (definitive sale agreement signed with Waystar) and Cielo (acquired by Permira Equity in 2018).
