Eventtia announced the launch of its native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. The server connects Eventtia’s event management platform with AI assistants, helping teams automate administrative tasks.
Built on the open MCP standard, the server takes less than five minutes to connect and requires no code. It is included with every Eventtia plan at no extra cost.
“Automating repetitive event tasks saves our clients hundreds of hours every month,” said Mauricio Palacio, CEO and co-founder of Eventtia. “It gives teams more time to focus on event content and the attendee experience.”

How the MCP server helps event teams
1. Event setup and administration
Eventtia’s MCP server provides read-and-write access to core Eventtia features, including events, attendees, sessions, speakers, check-in, and payments.
Event organizers can use natural-language prompts instead of complex forms. For example: “Create a two-day summit in Miami on October 14–15, with three sessions each day and capacity for 200 attendees.”
AI assistants can also handle tasks such as confirming waitlisted attendees and resending emails.
2. Unified event data visibility
By connecting Eventtia with other tools for CRM, marketing, sales, sponsor management, and speaker management, AI assistants can provide a single view and analysis of all event data combined. Event teams can access real-time data and create custom dashboards without exports.
3. Pages and apps without code
AI assistants can create registration pages, sponsor apps, and attendee portals using live Eventtia data. Event teams can update them during campaigns without relying on agencies or developers.
