Honor Marks Continued Recognition for Alyce’s Growth, Workplace Culture, and Investment in and Dedication to Its Amazing Employees
Alyce, the Personal Experience (PX) platform that makes sales and marketing outreach personal at scale through one-to-one gifting, announces that The Boston Business Journal has named Alyce to its 2020 Best Places to Work — the BBJ’s exclusive ranking of the Massachusetts companies that have built outstanding work environments for their people.
The 79 companies honored in 2020 range in size and industry, with winners from the technology sector, retail industry, health care space, commercial real estate, and more.

“Culture is everything at Alyce and a foundational pillar of the company,” said Greg Segall, CEO, and founder of Alyce. “We strive to build a supportive environment where our team members are recognized and valued for who they are, their #5to9 lives as diverse individuals, as well as their contributions to the organization. So, being voted one of the Best Places to Work in Boston is really a true gift.”
“This one struck home,” continued Segall. “Being recognized by the industry for our rapid enterprise growth, our unique approach, and vision matters. Seeing our customers’ success who’ve partnered with Alyce matters. Being recognized by our own employees for building something special – JUST ROCKS.”
The 2020 Boston Business Journal award follows a series of recent company recognition for outstanding customer service, social impact, and employee satisfaction, including Alyce being named America’s Top 100 Best Startup Employers for 2020 by Forbes magazine.
Realizing how essential culture, customer service, respect, and support for its staff would be as the company grew, the founding team of Alyce designed and focused on Four Core Values, and ensured they would be communicated and infused into the very DNA of the company and cornerstone to the PX Platform itself.
