“Norman’s relentless focus on driving measurable results, pushing the boundaries of how marketing can best serve the needs of businesses and delivering exceptional customer experiences makes him the perfect person to lead Acoustic’s marketing strategy,” said Acoustic CEO, Mark Simpson. “Marketing to other marketers is a unique challenge, but Norman’s experience working with household name brands and startups alike will enable him to further improve our best-in-class solutions that appeal to businesses of all sizes.”

Guadagno has more than two decades of experience as a marketer and strategist for leading brands and agencies. Most recently, he was SVP of Marketing at Carbonite where he helped the company transition from a respected B2C brand to a leading B2B brand by leading the marketing integration of multiple acquisitions, driving double-digit pipeline and revenue growth and building a scalable B2B demand generation engine. Prior to Carbonite, Guadagno served as SVP of Marketing at marketing agency Wire Stone (now part of Accenture Interactive), where he supported numerous Fortune 100 brands, including Boeing and Nike. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Microsoft and Oracle, among other technology companies.

“Just months after going independent, Acoustic is already exceeding expectations and filling a gap in the marketing industry through AI and purpose-built solutions that solve the real problems marketers face everyday,” said Guadagno. “I’m looking forward to offering marketers cutting-edge automation tools that handle monotonous day-to-day tasks at scale, freeing them to be more creative, develop more meaningful connections with their customers and get increasingly better results.”
