Infogroup Hires Seasoned Digital Executive as Chief Financial Officer

Leading Data and Multichannel Marketing Solutions Provider Bolsters Executive Team with Addition of Accomplished Finance and Operations Professional Andy Goldstein

Infogroup, a leading provider of data and multichannel marketing solutions, announced that Andy Goldstein has been named chief financial officer, effective January 2019.

Goldstein is a seasoned executive with extensive strategic finance and private equity portfolio company experience. Most recently he served as chief financial officer at Purch, a digital content and commerce company focusing on both SMB and consumer marketplace segments.

As chief financial officer of Infogroup, Goldstein will lead financial operations and strategic planning to enhance profitability even further, as the company continues its forward momentum. He will report to the company’s chairman and chief executive officer, Michael Iaccarino.

“Andy’s background within the digital media industry, along with his extensive experience in financial operations make him an invaluable addition to Infogroup,” said Iaccarino. “Andy’s hiring bolsters our leadership team’s deep digital pedigree. He is the sixth executive hire appointed to the team this year.”

Goldstein comes to Infogroup with 25 years of experience, having held several executive positions at companies across the media and sports/entertainment industries. He has managed highly successful growth initiatives for multiple private equity portfolio companies and for operating divisions of public companies with a range of $100M to $2B in total revenues. During his career, he has established core competencies in strategic finance and accounting for both spin-off and new acquisition scenarios and has consistently managed integration initiatives.
