Teradata Announces Creation of New Global Customer Services Organization Dedicated to Maximizing Customer Success and Value

Michael Hutchinson Appointed Chief Customer Officer to Lead New Organization

Teradata, the connected multi-cloud data platform for enterprise analytics company, today announced that it has created a new Global Customer Services organization designed to drive optimal customer experiences, maximize customer value and achieve greater synergies to accelerate growth. The new organization will combine Teradata’s current Customer Support and Services organization with its Customer Success function, integrating all activities across Customer Services and Support, Consulting and Managed Services, as well as Customer Education.

The company has appointed Michael Hutchinson, currently Teradata’s head of Customer Success, to the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer to lead this organization. As part of this organizational realignment, Daniel Harrington, current Chief Services Officer, will be leaving the company.
