Analytics Professionals Can Now Gain Instant AI-Driven Insights Regarding Business Performance Through Simple, Fast and Accurate Chat Functionality

Semantix, Latin America’s first fully integrated data platform, announced the availability of Semantix Analytics Chat, a new feature giving Semantix Data Platform users the ability to glean analytical insights into the performance of their business through easy-to-use chat functionality. The new capability is powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) and instantly provides accurate and timely answers to commonly asked business questions.

How It Works

Semantix Analytics Chat is available now to all users of the Semantix Data Platform (SDP). Once granted access, users can simply open up WhatsApp and start typing their question or speak it out loud to a smart home device like an Amazon Echo or Google Home. For example, a user could ask, “What is the total sales today?” or “Which store is below target?” Behind the scenes, the technology uses descriptive, predictive and prescriptive response with artificial intelligence to understand what’s being asked and respond instantly with the proper context and relevance – providing answers and insights in a matter of seconds.

“We are constantly looking for new ways to bring value to our community of SDP users,” added Santos. “Analytics Chat was one of the most sought-after functionality requests we heard from customers and we’re looking forward to seeing how it helps them more effectively run their business and enhance their experience with SDP.”
