Magnit Appoints Salesforce Alum Mohan Natarajan as Company’s First CTO

Natarajan to lead the development of technologies that will define the evolution of work

Magnit, an Integrated Workforce Management (IWM) platform provider, announced that Mohan Natarajan has joined the company as its first chief technology officer (CTO). In this role, Natarajan will lead Magnit’s engineering teams as they design and deliver forward-looking solutions that will optimize contingent workforce management for organizations worldwide.

Natarajan has spent over 20 years innovating technologies at some of the world’s most prominent brands. Prior to joining Magnit’s team, he spent seven years at Salesforce where he rose to the position of senior vice president of Engineering. Natarajan also held leadership roles at Motorola, Cisco Systems and Silicon Graphics, among others. At each of these companies, he put technology in the forefront to drive their organization into the future.
