Penske Media Corporation (PMC) announced the appointment of Craig Perreault, a 16-year executive with the company, to Chief Digital Officer. In this newly-created role, Perreault will continue to focus on product strategy, business development, monetization, and audience development for PMC’s portfolio of award-wining brands, which includes Rolling Stone, Variety, Robb Report, Deadline, and WWD.
“Craig’s in-depth knowledge and experience across our organization and industry uniquely equips him to drive key areas for PMC as we enter our next phase of growth,” said PMC Chairman and CEO Jay Penske, to whom Perreault will continue to report.

Perreault will extend his command of PMC’s revenue generation programs and overall innovation in the areas in which he has specialized expertise: digital product strategy, strategic partnerships, US licensing, audience development and M&A strategy.

With PMC since 2004, Perreault is based in the company’s LA office and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Prior to that role, he served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Products & Strategic Partnerships, General Manager of Mail.com, and Senior Director of Business Development.
Before coming to PMC, Perreault was an advertising sales professional at global media and publishing company CMP (a division of United Business Media) where he provided integrated media and content programs across online, print and trade events. Prior to UBM, Perreault held various positions in online and print advertising sales as well as sports marketing.
