Showpad Expands Executive Team

Showpad, the global sales enablement leader, announces the appointment of two new executive leaders. Marissa Aydlett joins as chief growth officer and Hendrik Isebaert is promoted to chief operating officer. Together they will be responsible for driving the company’s continued global growth. Additionally, veteran SaaS executive Matthew Schiltz joins Showpad’s board of directors.

Marissa Aydlett, chief growth officer

Aydlett will serve as Showpad’s chief growth officer and is responsible for leading the marketing organization, establishing marketing as an engine for organizational growth. In her role, Aydlett will drive Showpad’s customer obsession and collaborate with product, engineering and revenue teams to ensure the delivery of a truly differentiated experience. Aydlett comes to Showpad after holding strategic positions at Braze, Buddy Media/Salesforce, Condé Nast and Quartz, supporting these organizations through global growth initiatives.

Hendrik Isebaert, chief operating officer

Isebaert has proven to be a strategic and capable leader at Showpad over the last five years, where he most recently served as senior vice president of worldwide revenue. Now as chief operating officer, Isebaert will take ownership of the full customer journey, overseeing Showpad’s sales, customer support, product support, partnerships, revenue operations, and enablement teams. Collaborating closely with Chief Growth Officer Aydlett, Isebaert will also be responsible for alignment and collaboration among the executive team to drive growth.

Matthew Schiltz, board member

Schiltz is joining as Showpad’s first independent board member and will leverage his operational and strategic experience to support the company’s continued growth. Schiltz is an experienced senior executive with a proven track record of building successful high-growth SaaS companies, from startups to public entities. Having previously served as CEO for three companies achieving +$1B valuation, including Conga and DocuSign, his expertise will be invaluable for Showpad’s executive team and company growth efforts.
