Oftentimes, one of the main challenges holding organizations back from implementing personalization lies in the difficulty met with integration. Using the SAP Commerce integration, marketers can seamlessly tap into Dynamic Yield’s recommendation engine, behavioral messaging system, testing and targeting solutions, and more to seamlessly deliver tailored digital interactions for site visitors across channels.

Potential use cases include but are not limited to:

    • Increasing customer engagement by personalizing site visitors’ homepage banner experience in real-time.
    • Encouraging consumers to increase cart values by displaying a free shipping threshold notification while they shop on-site.
    • Reminding cart abandoners about their basket by displaying forgotten items upon entry, allowing them to easily pick up where they left off.

“The connector makes it a lot easier for SAP Commerce-based online shops to get started with Dynamic Yield’s great personalization and experimentation capabilities,” said E. Fesenmeier, Managing Director of Portaltech Reply. “The connector will also strengthen the partnership between Portaltech Reply and Dynamic Yield.”
