Businesses can use their Muse across customer conversations, calendars and workflows through HighLevel, marking the companies’ second collaboration in three months
HighLevel, the AI-powered operating system for businesses, agencies and founders, has announced that HighLevel now connects to Muse, a new AI product from Meta, giving businesses a way to use Muse across the workflows, conversations, calendars and customer information they already manage in HighLevel.
Muse is a personal AI agent from Meta designed to help users complete multi-step tasks. By connecting HighLevel to Muse, businesses can use their Muse to take action across everyday business operations, including managing leads, coordinating and booking meetings, updating customer information and preparing for customer conversations.
“AI that can answer questions is useful. AI that can actually get something done for your business is a whole different ballgame,” said Shaun Clark, Co-Founder of HighLevel. “That’s what’s exciting about connecting HighLevel to Muse. Businesses can use their Muse across the workflows and tools they already rely on every day, helping them go from talking about the work to actually getting it done.”
The connector marks the second collaboration between Meta and HighLevel in three months. In June, Meta selected HighLevel as an early scheduling partner for Embedded Appointment Booking for Facebook Lead Ads, allowing customers to book appointments using HighLevel calendars directly within the Facebook lead experience.

Now, that relationship extends into agentic AI.
HighLevel already offers AI agents and AI-powered tools across voice, conversations and workflows. Connecting HighLevel to Muse advances a broader vision for the platform: businesses should be able to use the AI tools that work best for them while HighLevel remains the central operating system connecting customer data, conversations and business workflows.
Muse brings the agent. HighLevel gives it a place to work.
“Businesses shouldn’t have to rebuild their technology stack every time a more powerful AI product or agent arrives,” said Clark. “Whether that intelligence comes from HighLevel or companies like Meta, our job is to provide the business infrastructure that helps turn AI capabilities into real work and real outcomes.”
