ListenFirst Launches Competitive Twitter Video Analytics

First Social Analytics Solution to Provide Competitive Video Metrics for Entire Twitter Universe

ListenFirst, the most comprehensive enterprise social analytics solution, announced the launch of competitive tracking and industry benchmarks for Twitter video. Through its enterprise level data licensing agreement with Twitter, ListenFirst becomes the first social analytics solution to provide data from every video tweet collected directly through Twitter’s API. Twitter video data is the latest addition to ListenFirst’s cross-platform video analytics feature, which also encompasses Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

ListenFirst’s launch of competitive Twitter video analytics is part of the company’s ongoing support of marketing and business strategies for consumer brands and media companies, giving them more context around the performance of their content and how video is driving towards business outcomes. Competitive video analytics comes on the heels of the company’s launch of its Instant Historical Analysis tool that analyzes every tweet for brand mentions and engagement and provides demographic, behavioral, and psychographic analysis of engaged audiences across the entire Twitter archive dating back to 2006.
