Dialpad’s Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform unlocks increased productivity and collaboration for industries and communities globally
Dialpad, the industry-leading Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform, today announced it has been named to the 2022 Inc. Best in Business list in the Software as a Service category with Black Entrepreneurship as its area of impact. Dialpad’s Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform transforms how the world works together – it is the only cloud-native, unified workspace that is accessible from any location and device, with actionable, proprietary Ai insights embedded across sales, service, product, and people operations to help make every company a customer-centric organization. Inc.’s Best in Business Awards honor companies that have made an extraordinary impact on their fields and on society.
“It’s an honor to be recognized on Inc.’s 2022 Best in Business list,” said Craig Walker, founder and CEO of Dialpad. “Since Dialpad’s inception, the company has made its mission to completely transform how the world works together. We’re committed to the vision and opportunities that come with leveraging AI to help every company sell more, service better and grow faster.”
Because today’s hybrid workplace and the workplace of the future rely on AI, Dialpad is uniquely suited to be the go-to, all-in-one solution for all businesses and contact centers worldwide. Dialpad’s Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform harnesses more than 3.46 billion minutes of real-time Ai data, and seamlessly combines the industry’s most advanced Ai Contact Center, Ai Sales, Ai Voice, Ai Meetings and Ai Messaging in one with industry leading-accuracy.
Dialpad’s influence makes a difference in numerous communities. In November, Dialpad announced the international expansion of its Dialpad for Startups program in Australia and New Zealand, a part of the company’s signature Dialpad for Good umbrella of programming and resources. Dialpad for Good expanded on the startups program to focused support for underrepresented founders, community initiatives, and nonprofits. To date, Dialpad for Good has offered $3.75 million USD to 750+ startups, granted $600K USD to underrepresented founders through the Tech for Black Founders and Diversity in Tech Programs, and committed $400K USD to nonprofits and community support.
Additionally, in October, Dialpad partnered with the Sacramento Kings to support community businesses, and also increased student access to technology by opening The Huddle Lab; a technology room for afterschool programs that equips students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor’s degree.
“Inc. magazine is dedicated to showcasing America’s most dynamic businesses and the great things they do,” said Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “The Best in Business awards shine a light on those that have gone above and beyond their original mission to make a social, environmental or economic impact, benefiting those around them.”
Rather than relying on quantitative criteria tied to sales or funding, Inc.’s editors reviewed the companies’ achievements over the past year and noted how they made a positive difference in the world. They then selected honorees in 55 different categories–from advertising to sustainability to retail, and more–and in age-based, revenue-based, size-based, and impact-based categories. The applicant pool was extremely competitive–a huge success for the 241 honored in the list’s third year.
This award win builds upon Dialpad’s growing list of industry recognitions this year, including Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies award, CRN, Stevie Awards, and RemoteTech Breakthrough, among others. Dialpad was also named a Leader in the 2022 Frost Radar™: North American Enterprise Cloud Contact Center Market, and a Visionary in the 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide.
